The Holidays at Home

It’s no longer necessary to flee Detroit for brighter destinations during the holiday season.

Yes, New York City lights a huge Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, but we have Campus Martius.

Yes, Broadway boasts holiday-themed shows. Detroit offers the Nutcracker and Elf the Musical in our very own historic gilt-lined theaters.

All the world is watching while America’s Thanksgiving Parade proceeds down Woodward Avenue, the Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village are a certain kind of Americana that only we can appreciate, at one of the nation’s best tourist destinations.

Menorah in the D lights a 26-foot menorah with kosher foods and family fun in the center of our city. Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth presents a spirited center for Christ-focused celebrating.

You can ice skate at 5 public rinks in the tri-county area – and probably more than I can remember.

We don’t have to leave home to have happy holidays. A huge part of Detroit’s real estate investment wave means we can stay home to have every holiday experience we can imagine. All right here on the Detroit River, among friends and family, in familiar streets.

Opportunities abound. Right here at home.

Happy holidays from the IPS Realty family!
